Networking Made Easy - the First Step in Successful NetworkingThis
presentation covers the basics of relationship networking. Successful
relationship networking is accomplished when networkers CARE. In their
interactions, they Contribute to the conversations, Accept what the other
person says and needs, Respond appropriately (using effective listening
skills), and Encourage the other individual.
This is a highly interactive session full of opportunities for participants to experience successful networking. |
It's Greek to Me - Identifying and Matching Others' Communication Styles In
this presentation, Penny presents how to quickly establish common ground
for a business relationship and build on that foundation. She focuses
on the communication aspects of relationship networking and shares how
to "flex," or match, the communication styles of other people
to enhance networking communications.
Penny outlines the basics of four social styles (Drivers, Expressives, Amiables, and Analyticals) and shows how to identify a client's style. Participants identify their personal styles and practice how to adjust it to other peoples' styles to enhance communication. |

Targeted Networking - How to Identify High Potential Networking Opportunities Successful
networking is not what Penny calls, "drive-by" opportunities
in which networkers attend as many networking meetings as possible. Successful
networking begins with screening networking meetings and selecting the
ones with a strong likelihood of results. It also involves targeting who
you visit with at the meetings and identifying contacts with the highest
potential.
In this workshop, participants learn how to select networking opportunities and contacts with high potential. |
